Our Partnership

We require all partners to become certified through the Institute for Inclusion, a center of excellence and online community for DEI practitioners who are looking to start or grow a 6 or 7 figure consulting practice.  We offer DEI certifications, group mentorship, and delivery/sales proposal templates.

Why did we launch the Institute?

We find that many DEI practitioners are still trying to bridge the gap between their expertise in DEI and attracting and working with corporate clients or understanding/speaking the language of corporate clients once they are engaged.   With over 20 years of consulting experience, Tessi Founder Christie Lindor has navigated over 100 of the world’s top corporate environments as a Black professional woman and consultant.  Part of the reason she wrote her first book The MECE Muse was to be the mentor that she wish she had in the consulting industry, and the Institute is a continuation of that mission.

Why are you requiring certification for partners?

Becoming certified helps you level up in your own consulting practice and creates a consistent delivery experience for Tessi clients, which is why we are requiring certification.
