We are a consultancy passionate about creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures that are authentic, impactful, and sustainable.  We offer diversity equity inclusion assessments and strategy, training, diversity equity inclusion coaching, and diversity equity inclusion program implementation services to both midsize and large global organizations. 

At Tessi, we specialize in companies on an intentional DEI journey for the first time as well as companies taking their DEI journey from awareness to action.

Tessi Consulting is named in honor of Founder Christie Lindor’s mother, Itesse Jean-Baptiste. Itesse was a voracious lifelong learner, strategic problem solver, and creative muse who dedicated her life instilling those same values to her children and her community.

The Business Case for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Focused Cultures is Clear

Research shows organizations that leverage diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a key lever within their business strategy are proven to be more profitable, innovative, and agile. And it’s not just about business strategy. Customers are also noticing and demanding more from organizations when it comes to DEI. According to a 2019 Google consumer survey, more than 64% of all respondents took some action after seeing an ad they considered to be diverse or inclusive. DEI-focused companies over time not only outperform their peers, they can expand market share and create a more loyal customer base just by doing the right thing.

Our Founder

Christie Lindor is the CEO and Founder of Tessi Consulting, a Certified B Corp DEI strategy-centered firm focused on partnering with organizations that want to create diverse, high-performing, and inclusive cultures. Prior to Tessi, Christie was a seasoned management consultant advising Fortune 500 clients at some of the world’s top consulting firms such as IBM, Deloitte, & EY.

In the span of her 20 years in corporate consulting, Christie has partnered with 100s of organizations within 30 industries in 10 countries across 4 continents at the intersection of IT, strategy, and human capital. A TEDx speaker, college professor at Bentley University, and bestselling award-winning author, her work on workforce inclusion and culture has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Wall Street Journal.

Help curb deforestation

The Tessi team works every day towards creating equitable and inclusive workplaces in Corporate America and beyond.

But our work to create change doesn’t stop there.

Through a partnership with the Eden Reforestation Project, a percentage of Tessi’s net profits quarterly goes towards curbing deforestation in Haiti as an act of environmental justice.

Your investment in DEI in your company also helps create local jobs in Haiti while helping the country stabilize its forestry and agroforestry for generations to come. To date, our clients have helped us plant 52,833 new trees in Haiti and provided salaries for 400+ days to the local Haitian community.
