As Tessi Consulting’s vice president, Kallai leverages decades of experience in People management, and operations to provide high-level project and people management and lead new initiatives.
Kallai joined Tessi in 2021 as an operations assistant. In this role she was responsible for leading all operational and recruiting duties, as well as managing the company’s internal initiatives.
Prior to joining Tessi, Kallai owned her own company as a fractional COO. Before that, she held various positions in the staffing industry as a branch manager and recruiter. Kallai developed a strong sense of devotion for DEI working in diverse communities while staffing solutions for underprivileged communities nearly 5 years ago. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for how Tessi Consulting seeks to improve the quality of life for individuals, companies, and communities one change at a time.
Kallai holds Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College.
