Bella Nguyen – DEI Senior Analyst

Bella holds a BA in Psychological Sciences from Purdue University and an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. Bella received the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida. Bella has five years of experience working in diversity, equity, inclusion, organizational development, and talent management.

Bella has partnered with small, mid-sized, and large-sized companies to assess and create diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent management, and drive organizational development. She has developed and validated various assessment tools for cultural assessment and organizational development purposes. Additionally, Bella has developed diversity, equity, inclusion strategy, and implementation roadmap to align the clients’ current and future workforce with business
results.
